Ask about needs before preferences
Step-free routes, wheelchair positions, hearing assistance and sensitivity to heights can decide the appropriate seats. Confirm arrangements with the venue or booking support before paying. A seating plan alone may not show the full route from the street to the seat.
Read the restriction attached to the exact seat
Some tickets have view restrictions or other conditions. Inspect the description attached to your chosen seats, not just the colour on the map. A lower headline price does not tell you whether the view suits the recipient’s expectations.
Keep the group in one booking
Select all required tickets together and inspect the final seats before payment. Do not book one ticket expecting an adjacent place to remain available. If the checkout offers a category rather than an exact seat, read how the seats are allocated.
A voucher can leave the preference to them
For an experienced theatregoer with strong seating preferences, letting them choose can be more thoughtful than guessing. A voucher still depends on available stock when redeemed, but it keeps the seat decision with the person attending.
